SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.04.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Candidate must have been born between 02.04.1997 and 01.04.2005 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PWD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
- PWD (OBC): 13 years
- PWD (SC/ST): 15 years
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year/semester students can also apply, provided they pass the degree before 31.12.2025.
Local Language Proficiency
Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of the State/UT they are applying for.

The SBI Clerk selection will be done in three stages:
Phase 1: Preliminary Exam
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Total Marks: 100
- Sections: English (30), Numerical Ability (35), Reasoning (35)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer
Phase 2: Main Exam
- Duration: 2 Hours 40 Minutes
- Total Marks: 200
- Sections: General/Financial Awareness (50), General English (40), Quantitative Aptitude (50), Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (60)
Phase 3: Local Language Test
Candidates must qualify the local language proficiency test (if not exempted by 10th/12th marksheet).
Final Selection will be based on Main Exam marks only.
